HERE’S WHAT TO EXPECT:

Led by Romy, a Melbourne-based sound bath facilitator and practitioner of Peter Hess Klangmassage (Sound Massage), this guided session is designed to leave you feeling rested, restored and calm.
Beginners are welcome. No previous meditation or sound bath experience necessary!

This event is exclusive to MECCA Bourke Street.
Yoga mats, bolsters and blankets will be provided. We recommend bringing your own eye mask.

I do not have a condition that would make participation inadvisable. If I do, I have consulted my healthcare provider before attending.
