Join me for a 1-hour experience of Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation practice done lying down, making it accessible and comfortable for all bodies and levels of experience.

Also known as “yogic sleep,” Yoga Nidra invites deep relaxation while maintaining awareness, helping to release tension, calm the nervous system, and restore balance to the body and mind.

Expect to leave feeling deeply rested, rejuvenated, and restored.
