Mediative/Intuitive object making + Yin yoga

As humans we are all creators and makers who find different flows of expression. Join Michaela and Deborah on a journey of slef and creative discovery as we delve into our raw states of expression. There is no limitations, no frame works, no confinements to how we make and what it is we make.
Our day will be filled with a wee wonder out in nature by the ocean and on the sand, an hour of yin yoga and a short meditation held by Michaela and play with various materials to hold our experience and tensions and softnesses of our bodies as we move through all these moments.

BYO lunch, yoga mat, rug, blanket, anything cosy and comfy to wear and inspiring nature pieces you might have or might speak to you prior to the workshop.
