For many of us, this time of year where we are post-silly season and entering the New Year can leave us feeling depleted. For many of us, there may also be this pressure to be in a state of “doing” or “setting big goals” for the year ahead.

I would love to invite you to a Medicinal Sunday, a nourishing treat for your mind, body and nervous system.

Utilising the medicine of plants, gentle movement, sound and a guided meditation, this experience will invite your body into the state of “being".

TIME: 3pm - 5:30pm (AEDT)

LOCATION: Health Hub @ Hastings Point, Tweed Coast Road

INVESTMENT: $35 + booking fee

INCLUSIONS:

The use of essential oils to ground into the space, aromatically cleanse and heighten your meditation experience - this includes use of the oils on the day + a hand-made gift to take home with you on the day
A guided restorative yoga practice, with gentle poses aimed to soothe the nervous system and calm the mind in preparation for meditation (suitable for all levels and yoga experience)
A guided meditation journey, working with the elements and seasons of the Earth to leave you feeling nourished and connected to your state of "being"
Herbal tea and nourishing, sensual snacks

PLEASE BRING:

A cushion or bolster if you have one - I have a few but if you would to bring your own that would be wonderful!
Wear comfortable clothing that you feel good to move in
