MEDICINE CIRCLE - a 5RHYTHMS WORKSHOP with Sylvie Minot & Wendy Heffner (San Fran US)

5 - 7 MAY Sydney (Friday night, all day Saturday and Sunday)
Sylvie Minot and Wendy Heffner invite you on a journey using movement, sound and ritual in a supportive community. We use the 5Rhythms® wave, dance, instruments and song to call our spirits back home. Our dance is a prayer for ourselves, for others and for the greater whole. Dance and presence are our offerings. Being together in this sacred way is our medicine.
This intensive weekend offers a deep immersion into a soulful dance journey. As we create this sacred container to hold each
other, dancers may enter into the center and move with whatever is calling for expression or healing, finding greater freedom, connection and peace.
Join us for this unique, transformative dance experience.
No previous dance experience is required to participate in Medicine Circle.

ABOUT SYLVIE & WENDY:
Sylvie Minot is a 5Rhythms® teacher (Waves & Heartbeat levels), the creator of Medicine Circle, and executive director & founder
of Syzygy Dance Project (SDP), a non-profit organisation bringing dance to underserved populations.
Wendy Heffner has used dance as a transformational practice for 20+ years and trained as a 5Rhythms Movement therapist. She is a
founding board member of SDP.
Together, they lead Medicine Circle groups in the San Francisco Bay Area, and around the world.
