Medicine Drum Meditation/Journey

Join Ashley from Akuna Flow for an intimate and immersive Medicine Drum Journey, a deeply grounding experience guided by rhythm, breath, and sound.

This offering is a return to where it all began – the drum.

The steady heartbeat of the medicine drum has long been used across many traditions to reconnect with us, the earth, and the wisdom within. In this space we come together to slow down, listen deeply, and remember.

Through the rhythmic pulse of the medicine drum, the soulful tones of the Native American flute, and the gentle textures of the medicine rattle, you will be guided into a meditative sound journey designed to quiet the mind and open the heart.

These sacred sounds work together to create a landscape where you can release tension, reconnect to your inner rhythm, and simply be.

This event is also a personal return to where the path began – the drum.

The instrument that first opened the doorway into sound, ceremony and connection.

No experience is required – only a willingness to arrive as you are.

Spaces will be limited to keep the experience intimate.
