Welcome to medicine drum sound healing with me, Harshani!
Sound healing is the practice of using sound, frequency, and vibration to effect energy shifts.
At this event, you can lie down or sit back comfortably and soak in the rhythm, beat and vibrations of the medicine drum as I drum over and around you.
In this limited space group session, you can expect many benefits, a few of which are:
