A bit of information about the event

ALTAR - At every gathering I am guided to create an altar and I encourage you to add something to it for the duration of the event, if you wish. Some suggestions are a note to yourself with an affirmation or intention, a crystal to cleanse and absorb the energies, a flower, a leaf that got your attention, a favourite piece of jewellery...... anything that calls to you will be welcome.

ARRIVAL and PARKING - In preparation for a relaxing and nourishing experience, it’s advisable to arrive 10 mins early to make yourself comfortable on your mat/seat.

There is ample parking at the premises.

EQUIPMENT – You are welcome to bring your own equipment or a sarong, beach towel to lay over items you borrow from The Lotus Room. Some items listed below for your convenience:

-yoga mat -bolster -cushion -eye pillow -blanket -socks -water bottle -pen and paper as you may wish to jot down thoughts, emotions etc that may come to you -altar item

WHAT TO WEAR - Comfortable clothes is ideal. As you may feel a bit cool lying down, bring a light blanket and socks (as mentioned above).

*No meditation experience is necessary and there is no physical activity. If you prefer to, you may sit on a chair*
