Rest. Relax. Rejuvenate.

Welcome to medicine drum sound healing with me, Harshani!

Sound healing is the practice of using sound, frequency, and vibration to effect energy shifts.

At this event, you can lie down or sit back comfortably and soak in the rhythm, beat and vibrations of the medicine drum as I drum over and around you.

In this limited space group session, you can expect many benefits, a few of which are:

~ relieve headaches ~ reduce stress ~ reduce tension ~ restful sleep ~ relieve muscular aches and pains ~ improved emotional clarity ~ improved mental clarity ~ feel centered and grounded ~ feel peaceful, calm and contented

~ Flow of each session

Guided entirely by Divine Energies,
~ I connect energetically with each person
~ I facilitate individualised energy shifts
~ I facilitate connection with Self (WithIn) and Divine Energies/Source/Pure Love (WithOut)
~ Sometimes I facilitate messages from those who have crossed the rainbow (I am not psychic, it just happens )
~ We conclude with a sacred sharing circle

~ Who are the sessions for

These healing sessions are great for anyone who wants to simply rest and re-group after a busy day or is on a self-healing journey.

If you are feeling:~ tired ~ overwhelmed ~ scattered ~ indecisive ~ unmotivated ~ unsettled ~ in physical discomfort ~ need ‘me’ time ~ need ‘down’ time ~ I warmly invite you to this space to nurture all of yourself...

Warmly,

Harshani
