Based on a traditional medicine wheel journey where you go inward to seek your own answers, asking for the 'medicine' you need right now to take the next step forward.

Medicine Wheels have been used through many different indigenous cultures to seek the guidance and wisdom from your own connection to spirit.

As we are in winter, this is a perfect time to take the journey into the circle of self and seek your own inner guidance.

I will be explaining how to use the medicine wheel, take you on a meditation journey and also what that all means so you can understand the messages. Once you start to learn how to read the signs that are given through the meditation you will gain clarity on what your next steps will be.
