Each Tuesday, join us to switch off from your day, find a pause or some quiet time in the midst of your week, do something good for yourself, and meet some pretty great people along the way.

All in the beautiful setting of St. Kilda Botanical Gardens.

For many, meditating solo can feel like we’re “doing it wrong” or means a lot of unanswered questions can arise, when watching a YouTube video or listening to an app. Going to a studio for the first time can also feel super daunting, so we just write it off and say it’s not for me.

Practicing in a group setting is the perfect solution, as it helps people learn from one another’s experience, feel safe to ask questions, and keep accountable, making the habit far more likely to stick.

We aim to make meditation and mindfulness practices a whole lot more accessible - whether it’s your very first time practicing, or you’re a long-time meditator we welcome you with open arms.
