Week 3: The Core Wound of Being Unknown. Uncover the wound of feeling unseen or unheard.We will dive into past patterns and soul contracts that reinforce invisibility, using meditation to reclaim personal truth and presence.

Week 4: The Core Wound of Unworthiness. Heal the belief of “I am not enough.” This session focuses on recognizing and dissolving limiting narratives, accessing soul-level wisdom through meditation and embracing your innate worth.
