If your life is busy, with many duties and responsibilities then taking time out for you to fill up your cup is essential. Burn out has long lasting consequences if ignored such as fatigue, break down of the body, resentful moodiness, entrapped in the many tasks that require your attention each day . Making space for your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing is a preventative wisdom based choice that allows you to fill your cup up and be a happy, fulfilled, joyful human being that makes the world a better place for you and everyone else.

The community meditation and mindfulness experience are a series of guided practices that will support you to empty your mind out and come back into a clear prestine mental space. Get in touch with your body and feel more comfortable being still within yourself. Feel present in the here and now and have all your focus and attention reclaimed to this new now moment. Learn to transcend the stories of your mind and rest in the gentle expansive nature of your inner being pure essence. Connect to the cosmic intelligence that permeates all life and feel a sense of oneness with all. Notice what it feels like to tap into an energy source that exists beyond yourself. Learn to shift your state of beingness and how that influences what unfolds in your outer world experience.

A time to reflect, ponder and create space to allow new possibilities to come into your life.
