Join Kristi for a beautiful 90min Yoga Nidra + Sound Immersion experience. 

Find joy and relaxation as you are guided by voice through a deeply soothing Yoga Nidra, followed by a long, multi-instrument Sound Immersion journey. You will be eased into a deep state of stillness by the sounds of Tibetan and Crystal singing bowls, drums, gong, chimes and more. 

The vibrations from the sound healing instruments are known to assist the body in restoring its inherent harmonic state. Sound immersions are an opportunity for you to unplug, relax and immerse yourself in a deeply meditative journey.

Cultivate peace and tranquillity in both the body and mind with this nurturing Self-Compassion Ritual. Turn down the volume of the outside world and shift your focus inward.
