Join The Rocks Markets every fortnight for a range of creative and engaging workshops, where you will meet the maker and walk away with a new or improved skill.

Come on a journey of deep relaxation with Kim from Feather and Seed as she guides you this meditation and sound bath workshop. This transformative experience combines the power of meditation and sound therapy to bring balance to the mind, body and spirit. This workshop is designed to provide a nurturing space to let go of stress and tension and connect with your inner self, as well as learning some new techniques to continue at home.
