We’ll begin by settling into the space with a guided meditation, allowing the body and mind to soften before moving into a deeply relaxing sound journey with crystal singing bowls, chimes and other healing sounds.

We’ll finish together with a gentle yarning circle — creating space to connect, share a cup of tea and meet like-minded people.
