Meditation And The Brain | Public Lecture

Explore the science of meditation with Harvard neuroscientist Associate Professor Sara Lazar. In this enlightening talk, Sara Lazar will reveal the impacts of meditation on the brain, illustrating how it can rewire our neural pathways to reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and pain, while also supporting cognitive longevity. Discover the latest research findings on how meditation can enhance mental health and brain function. The session concludes with a Q&A, offering a unique opportunity to engage with Sara in this interdisciplinary event.
