Raechel’s yoga journey began over 20 years ago, and what started as a way to move the body has unfolded into a lifelong path of presence, study & connection that is weaved into each class.

Her teaching path of 17+ years has been shaped by rich lineages and joyful teachers, from the radiant creativity at Laughing Lotus New York, and embodied lineages of steeped in Scaravelli tradition and Meditation teachings. Raechel continues to be guided by mentor and respected teacher, Lara Dwyer (Sukha Yoga) and Debby Badger with Vedic Mantra.

Vedic Chanting in the lineage of Krishnamacharya, is a traditional approach to yoga as a philosophy for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health that Raechel shares in teachings. She remains deeply grateful to each mentor for their guidance and living embodiment of yoga, whose inspiration ripples through every class she teaches.

Through her teaching at Equilibrium, Raechel blends mindful movement, philosophy, breath, and stillness - crafting an environment that nurtures both inner balance and expressive freedom. Her classes hold space for individual exploration, whether through dynamic flows, restorative pauses, or quiet connection to self and community.
