4 Pillars of Meditation - Beginners Classes.

Over the coming weeks, step by step you will be guided through the 4 pillars of silent meditation.  Starting simple.

Learn how to switch off from your busy day and feel relaxed and calm. 

Meditation doesn't always come easy; this is why I decided to further my studies and complete my Meditation Teacher Training with Shantarasa. I'm passionate to help others find simple and rewarding ways to start the practice of meditation step by step.

Our journeys are all different and there is no right or wrong way to experience meditation, you are unique and so is your meditation journey.

Come and enjoy a morning of stillness, where you will begin to learn many aspects of meditation and how to adapt; to suit you and your level of understanding.

This Beginners class will start at 9.30am with introduction, reflection, questions and guidance for the class.

We will then spend 20 - 30 min (to start with) in meditation practice.

There will also be included in these meditation classes: 

Focus on stability, how to sit and be comfortable.


Chanting / Mantra,

Stillness, pause,

all depending on the focus of the lesson. 

There will be discussion time and reflection at the end. 

Meditation will be held in The Sacred Blessings Bell Tent - Pinery- SA - this is a sacred space, safe, private and confidential.

When and only when we become still, do we truly find ourselves.  

Investment $15 per class

Please bring your water, comfortable clothing and a journal for any notes or reflections. 

* The practice of meditation has been shown to be beneficial for stress, insomnia, anxiety, mood swings and so much more.

Note - For the first 4 classes may I ask you to fill out a questionnaire of your experience. Namaste.
