Ben Carty

Ben, a seasoned expert with a lifelong journey in the building industry, brings a unique blend of experience and insight. Growing up on construction sites with his builder father, Ben has seen first hand the mental health challenges that many in the industry face. For the past 12 years, he has successfully run his own construction business, navigating the intense pressures of small business ownership and the often-overlooked stresses of the construction world.

In recent years, Ben's path took an inspiring turn as he studied and graduated as a Vedic meditation teacher. His passion for mental well-being and personal growth is contagious, and he is dedicated to helping others find peace and calm in their lives. Ben believes that positive change begins with a single conversation and is eager to share his journey and insights with you.

David Pemberton The Breathing Coach

David spent 6.5 years with Dynamite Cleaning Solutions, a cleaning company that specialised in end of build cleans and during that time Boom Build became a valued client. Leaving Dynamite 15 months ago to launch The Breathing Coach, Dave and Ben kept in contact and followed each others journey as they empowered themselves through their modalities of choice, Ben with Vedic Meditation and Dave with Breathwork, Restorative Breathing Techniques and Cold Water therapy. David has had his own fair share of mental health challenges, being diagnosed with Chronic Depression 8 years ago after his 4th heart procedure. Now thriving with his mental and physical health it made perfect sense to combine with Ben and offer a workshop for Tradies, to empower tradies, to let tradies now their are various avenues for change if they feel stuck or are looking to reclaim their power.
