Weekly meditation class with Jodie Matthews exploring different techniques and themes each week. This is for anyone that is interested in giving meditation a try or for regular meditators that want to connect with a like minded group and explore different types of meditation.
It is my mission to help you breathe easier, calm your mind, connect to your heart and give you some nourishing time each week for yourself. You will leave feeling a little lighter and be ready to start doing a regular practice at home after a few classes.
