A weekly meditation group offered by various facilitators.

Come along and leave the world behind for some much-needed "me" time. Learn to still the "monkey mind".

This session will begin promptly at 2:30 pm. Please arrive a minimum of 5 minutes earlier to allow time to settle. The door will be closed at 2:29 pm.

All are very welcome and the session is free.

HOW TO GET THERE:

**Please note that although our street address is the Pacific Highway, the entrance is located around the corner in Albany St.**

We are a 5-minute walk from St Leonards station, and close to bus stops on the Pacific Highway.

There is metered parking available on the street and the Hume St parking station is a few streets away.

PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING EVEN THE MILDEST OF FLU-LIKE SYMPTOMS. STAY HOME AND GET WELL.
