Meditation in Mylor 

A space where you can practice self-care and develop some strong, healthy and mindful practices. 

Meditation helps to cultivate inner peace, and can also improve happiness, increase your productivity, focus and help you to become the best version of yourself. 

It does not matter if you have ever meditated before or mediate every day, your mat is waiting for you and how you arrive. Every time you drop into the space of you, it will be different.

We will be starting with different forms of Breathwork and then dropping into a 45 - 50 minute meditation, focussing on a different theme each week. 

You do not need to bring anything. There will be mats, cushions and a rug. If you are an extra cold person, bring an extra rug! 

The invitation is there at the end, to join your fellow community for a cuppa or just glide out of the space, full of bliss and love.
