Hi, I'm Sarah, owner of The Hive Mind Company - marketeer and mental health hellraiser.

I started meditating in 1993 after I met some Krishna monks, and that encounter started me on my journey.

I could only do 5 mins at first!

I qualified as a teacher in 2020 during the pandemic.

The rest is history!

This is not another meditation course. This is a meditation course for YOU.

The Hive Mind started with the idea that mental health concerns should not be a barrier to being a business owner. After all, we all have times when we’re not feeling 100% ourselves, don’t we? 

One of the many struggles small business owners can face is that they don’t feel like they fit in or they are not good enough. And that feeling amplifies when they have to start talking about who they are in their marketing. This, in turn, impacts their mental health and confidence.
