This simple and relaxing meditation class is for the beginner or for those who meditate regularly. Make yourself comfortable with calm music and a relaxing atmosphere.

You will be guided on a series of meditations designed to enlighten your natural intuition and self healing. Be taken on a journey of enlightenment and allow yourself to receive divine messages from your soul and just simply switch off from the day-to-day grind. You will also receive Reiki healing during the evening.

At the conclusion of each meditation is a chance to explore your intuition more with oracles cards & more!

Please bring with you:

Comfortable clothing
A pillow or blanket if you wish
A bottle of water
A note pad and pen if you wish to record any insights
An open mind
Your own mask if you wish to wear one
