Join us for Meditation is Medicine: a Drop in Meditation Group

Open to everyone; beginners are welcome & more advanced practitioners will benefit from the practice as well 😊
Practices are drawn from Buddhist & yogic traditions, including the Medicine Buddha tradition and from contemporary Mindfulness, Somatic & Transpersonal therapy and are offered in a trauma informed manner.

Please arrive on time as we will open the doors to the building at 6pm and then have to lock them at 6:05pm.

There will be time in the last part for Q&A, discussion and for tea 😊✨🫖

Feel free to bring a cushion if you like; there will be cushions provided as well as chairs and a couch.

About Julian:

Julian studied abroad in India & Nepal, completing numerous retreats in the Indo-Tibetan and Zen traditions, & earned a Masters in Buddhist Studies and in Transpersonal Psychology.

He has had the good fortune to study with several outstanding Meditation teachers, including Thict Nhat Hanh, the Dalai Lama, Chokyi Nyima Rinpoche, Tsoknyi Rinpoche, Mingyur Rinpoche, Dr. Nida Chenagtsang, Jun Po Roshi, Ken Wilber and most recently, Dr. John Churchill.
