No time to commit to a course? Want to focus on one aspect of your practice in a one off manner? You can use this to book in one on one time to work on your practice and take away your lessons to keep developing. You can book another session later if you want. Or continue to develop with mini coaching sessions (Meditation Pal).

Meditation Jam lets you engage on a one off basis whenever is convenient. You can sign up for one session, or sign up for a few sessions for ongoing mentoring. Each session is one hour long.

I will partially structure sessions depending on your needs and we may include questionnaires, journaling, and guided meditations. As I am personalising these sessions there is a greater amount of homework for me and I have priced them relatively higher than Meditation Pal sessions.
