You are warmly invited into a live, immersive meditation and sound transmission guided by Ama Joy

This offering weaves together meditation, intuitive sound, and light language to create a space of deep remembrance, relaxation, and reconnection. Through voice, frequency, and presence, the transmission supports nervous system regulation, heart opening, and a return to inner stillness and clarity.

Each gathering unfolds intuitively in the moment, guided by what the group field is ready to receive – including activations, clearings, energy support, etc. Participants often experience a sense of peace, insight, emotional release, and renewed connection with their own inner wisdom.

This experiential workshop is an invitation to gently awaken and activate your innate light language through sound, presence, and embodied awareness.

Light language is a natural, intuitive form of expression that moves beyond the thinking mind. It speaks directly through frequency, tone, rhythm, and vibration, allowing energy to move, clear, and realign at subtle and cellular levels. This workshop is designed to help you feel safe, supported, and confident in opening this aspect of your voice and being.

Together, we will move through a guided journey that includes meditation, sound, vocal toning, light language transmissions/activations, and practices that support trust, flow, and self-expression. The space is held in a grounded and heart-centred way, allowing each person’s experience to unfold organically and in their own timing.

You will be gently guided to:

Connect with your inner voice, activate your channel and expand your energetic field
Open pathways for intuitive sound and light language to emerge
Release self-judgement and soften resistance around expression
Experience the healing and activating power of voice and vibration
Strengthen trust in what naturally moves through you

This workshop will assist you to remember what is already within you and allowing it to move freely, without force or expectation.

No prior experience with light language or sound is needed. All voices, expressions, and levels of sensitivity are welcome. You do not need to sing. You only need a willingness to listen inwardly and explore.

This is a deeply nourishing space to reconnect with your voice, your energy, and your unique way of expressing light, a space to soften, receive, and simply be held within sound and vibration.

No prior experience is needed. Just come as you are.

As a prelude to Ama Joy's offering, Joan Carpenter will lead a guided meditation amongst the trees before a contemplative labyrinth walk to connect with yourself and the Land and deepen your experiences of the day.

Like most facilitators/practitioners I have a range of diplomas, credentials, trainings, and certificates.

However, what I would rather speak about is this!

I am a Woman and Elder - of which I do not take lightly - as it comes with a responsibility of integrity.

I am a Mother and friend – both to myself as well as others.

I am a Helper in the Healing Arts - listening with my ears, my heart and my hands with others as their healing unfolds.

I journey this life practicing to be kind, to be present, to be compassionate.

I love to hold space for others to access their own wisdom and answers.

I take direction with humility from my inner self, Spirit and intuition as much as humanly possible.
