    Meditation Made Easy - Introducing simple strategies to reduce stress and restore calm.

    Have you ever tried to meditate and thought...this feels too hard.  I can't quieten my mind, I can't stop thinking, I can't sit still for long enough.  Then this program is for you.  It's all about keeping things simple.

    So what should I expect during this program:

    • Information about 'how' meditation works
    • Discussion around some of the challenges and ways to address these
    • Multiple activities that provide various ways to meditate
    • Safe environment to try different methods and share you experience

    What will you walk away with?

    • Practical tools and resources
    • Ways to build meditation in your daily routine
    • A renewed confidence in giving it a go

    The program runs for four Wednesday evenings from 17th July to 7th August from 7.30pm to 8.30pm at Amrita Yoga in Dingley Village (30 Centre Dandenong Road, Dingley Village),
