About your facilitator:

Ash Brown

After a career-ending injury in soccer representing Australia, Ashley discovered yoga and mindfulness. What started as a method for recovery evolved into a lifelong journey of conscious movement, meditation, and self-exploration. She has traveled the world for diverse yoga and meditation teachings, deepening her knowledge of ancient wisdom traditions and their relevance today. Ashley’s classes blend strong yet fluid asana, gentle meditation, poetic language, and yogic philosophy, creating experiences that are physically empowering and introspective. Her mission is to share these ancient practices with modern seekers, promoting self-awareness, transformation, and inner awakening.
