Meditation, Mindfulness & Chai with Heart of the Horse 13 March 2022
Event description
*** Note there has been a time change for this month's event due March and Bot flies hassling the horses in the heat of the day.
The new time for this month only is 10am-12.30pm, so we beat the warmth when they come out to play.
Welcome to the autumn series of Meditation, Mindfulness & Chai sessions with Heart of the Horse. Once a month I offer group sessions in mindfulness and meditation accompanied by a lovely home-made hot chai. We will sit together, ground our energy, tune into our bodies and immerse ourselves in horse wisdom, to help us navigate our modern lives. Who on earth could not do with some of this on planet earth right now!!
You will love these sessions if you are curious how healing with horses works. Perhaps you have been looking for new tools or resources to support yourself in your day to day life. Maybe just the idea of being out in nature in the presence of these magnificent sentient beings is attractive to you. Many people come to experience this before booking in for individual sessions, just to get a sense if delving deeper into this work could resonate with them.
What a beautiful way to spend a Sunday afternoon - bring a friend, perhaps a teen or come alone and meet some like-minded people. If you think anyone in your network may be interested I would love you to share this event. If the weather is cold, rug up. If it is raining we will postpone. $55 per person 1pm-3.30pm, tickets are transferable but non refundable. Numbers are limited. Minimum age 16yrs.
