Meditation Mondays at the Bronte Dispensary - Monthly Community Event

Join us the last Monday of every month for a 60min session that will leave you feeling more at ease, balanced and relaxed. Expect to calm your nervous system, mind and body through gentle breathwork, contemplation, simple movement and meditation. And become part of a beautiful and growing community.
