6:30pm - Light exercises , Explanation followed by meditation (Guided 22 minute session )
7:15 pm - Light exercises , Group blessing of wishes
7:30pm-8:15pm - Mini 1-1 Pranic Healing sessions
8:15pm-8:30pm - Sharing experiences - Socializing with Tea/Coffee / Refreshments
