The overwhelming nature of life can often make it feel impossible to slow down, rest and recalibrate.
Our minds unsettled, our sleep interrupted but yet we struggle to intercept the cycle in order to continue meeting all the deadlines. "What will happen if I just stop"?
In this meditation, you'll be invited into a space that offers comfort, support and safety as we touch the edges of surrendering control and allowing more grace and trust into our perspective.
You'll also become more aware of the peace that can exist, independent of our circumstances.
What to Expect:
- Guided Meditation: To invite more grace, gratitude, peace and trust
- Nourishing Tea or Cacao: Enjoy a variety of warm drinks to soothe your senses
- Supportive Environment: After sharing and listening to others, you may feel a gentle shift in your heart and an awakening of deeper connection, love and unity.
What to Wear/Bring: (yoga mats, bolsters and blankets will be provided)
