    Cultivating Kindness
    Relax, recentre and recharge with weekly, guided meditation sessions 

    Cultivate kindness for yourself, improve sleep, wellbeing, and resilience in these 60-minute mindful sessions and enjoy the benefits of group meditation, guided by local meditation teacher Jen Hill of Right Brain Liaisons rightbrainliaisons.com/

    Meditations will focus on developing self-love and compassion, peace of mind and awareness, all while the enjoying the benefits of group meditation.

    All welcome. No experience necessary. We will sit on chairs for comfort, just bring yourself in normal attire. Casual attendees welcome!
