Our Workshops and Retreats have ovelapping content with contrasting focus.

The Workshops bring a three-fold focus: understanding elements from neuroscience and other investigative fields; providing efficient techniques and methods of meditation; and developing a framework (if not already existing) to establish and maintain regular practice.

The Retreats will use a simplified neuro-anatomical model through which to deepen meditative practices. It is anticipated that participants already have (or have had) a regular personal practice or have (or have had) some experience of meditation.

ROOMS - We have booked the eight self-contained apartments on-site, each featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Please let us know by email (jmd@fourhares.com) if you are coming as a couple in order to best allocate accommodation.

PLEASE note that the cost for the weekend is $750. Registration of $450 through this website will need to be supplemented by a balance (of $300) on arrival. No cancellation refunds will be issued if made within one month of the event.
