These Workshop-Retreats combine elements of wellness, neuroscience, and of course meditative practices. This includes elements from neuroscientific research and other investigative fields; provides efficient techniques and methods of meditation; and develops a framework to establish and maintain regular practice. Using a simplified neuro-anatomical model through which to deepen meditative practices, the retreat space supports participants in our personal journeys.

At Premalaya, there will be an optional Sauna and Freeze-dip to experience some of the power of breath.

IMPORTANT: note that the cost for the weekend is $750. Registration of $450 through this website will need to be supplemented by a balance (of $300) on arrival. No cancellation refund will be issued if made after the 15th September, and any balance owed will need to be paid.

ROOMS - We have booked the eight self-contained apartments on-site, each featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Please let us know by email (jmd@fourhares.com) if you are coming as a couple in order to best allocate accommodation.
