A wonderful opportunity for coaches to deepen mindfulness and well-being skills, experience selfcare, and build an even stronger sense of community with other coaches. Come and enjoy the relaxed and friendly vibe of Swami’s Yoga Centre, where the eucalyptus gums, bush sandstone, light-filled yoga hall, and the pleasant retreat facilities (inc. pool, hot tub, steam room, reading room) provide a lovely way to learn, replenish, and connect.
During retreat you will learn how to facilitate brief mindfulness practices that can be used in coaching sessions. You will also have the chance to experience mindfulness, kindness, gratitude, self-compassion and deep rest practices. These practices will support your own well-being and help you grow in awareness, which in turn will help you be an even better coach.
Learning outcomes: It is anticipated that by the end of retreat you will:
1. Be able to facilitate brief mindfulness practices that can be used in coaching sessions.
2. Experience a range of different contemplative practices that can be used to support your own self-care and wellbeing.
3. Cultivate an even stronger sense of community with other coaches.
Retreat leader Nickolas Yu will guide the
retreat. He is an experienced retreat leader, with more than 20 years coaching experience. He has helped pioneer the
use of workplace coaching, and workplace meditation in healthcare.
