Morning Rest & Reset Meditation
Join us for a morning meditation session to support you to unwind, release stress and help restore balance – a great way to start your day with more focus and calm.
This effortless meditation sequence activates the rest and relaxation response, supports the body and mind to release stress, and helps to restore a deeper sense of awareness and balance. The session will help you feel calmer, more refreshed, focused and centred. It will give you a wonderful taster for how effortless meditation can be, and experience the positive benefits of meditation on your mind and body for yourself, particularly if you are someone who thinks they would not be able to meditate.
This meditation is suitable for all levels of experience from first-timers through to seasoned meditators.
The session will begin with a brief introduction to meditation and guidance on how to meditate using the Effortless Meditation technique. This helps everyone to be able to 'do' the meditation process and experience the results, even for those who think they would never be able to meditate. We will enjoy a guided meditation of approximately 20 minutes, followed by open discussion for Q&A about meditation.
