Based on the work of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother (Mirra Alfassa) – Founders of Auroville in India –, the Fondazione Solaris in Italy, under the guidance of Laura Tellarini, has channelled this meditation process – The Cellular Meditation – that embraces the Integral Yoga practice as described by Sri Aurobindo throughout his life.

Every meditation session - guided by Luca Orlandi – lasts 45 minutes, part guided and part silent, where the energies from what Sri Aurobindo defines as the World of Elevated Consciousness (Superconscious) are channelled into the physical body, initialising a process of Cellular Intelligence.

Living according to "Spiritual Energy in the Matter” has been the central point of the Auroville founders’ teachings, after reaching the Higher States of Consciousness, establishing that every human being is Divine Energy first and foremost.

These meditations are offered monthly from the Ynot Crystals store in Darby Street for a maximum of six people, with bookings. Regular attendance is recommended as much as possible to activate awareness of meditation, and the investment is $26 per session.
