Sound Bath Meditation - Reconnect, Restore & Find Your Centre

Join me for a peaceful and transformative sound bath meditation designed to help you relax, reset, and reconnect to your inner calm. In this 1-hour session, the soothing sounds of crystal bowls and guided meditation will calm your nervous system, ease your mind, and restore balance to your body and spirit. Whether you're a seasoned meditator or a beginner, this class will help you unwind from the pressures of life and create space for stillness.

Please bring anything for your comfort (mat, blanket, cushion, water, journal). Mats and bolsters are available, but feel free to bring your own.

By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, you accept responsibility for informing The Whole Self about any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy or changes to your health that may affect your capacity to practice, prior to a class commencing.

You understand that you participate in yoga/meditation at your own risk and accept responsibility for any loss or injury suffered.

Note that sound travels faster in water and in mental. If you are pregnant or have metal plates you may feel the sound vibrations more and may feel uncomfortable or experience a tingling sensation in the area of the mental plates. If you have pacemaker, insulin pumps, cochlear implants etc. Please seek your own medical advice before attending.
