Meditation Sound Bath - Lunchtime Summer Series at Ninaya Farm
Event description
We’re excited to bring the warmth and tranquillity of our meditation sound baths to Ninaya Farm this summer! Welcome to the Sound Mind Medicine Lunchtime Summer Series. A series of six fortnightly sound baths held on Thursdays in The Gallery at Ninaya Farm, nestled in the beautiful Macedon Ranges in Victoria.
This is your gentle invitation to pause, find calm, and reset. Be immersed in the soothing sounds of Tibetan Bowls, Crystal Singing Bowls and Gongs for a healing journey. Stephen will take you through some guided meditation to settle you into the space and then work to immerse you in the beautiful and ancient sounds of his instruments. These sessions are deeply relaxing and restorative.
Our regular Sunday sound baths don’t always fit in with kid's activities and parties, social catch ups and sleep ins! These sessions are particularly suited to parents and locals who work from home or can spend a little time in the middle of their day to care for themselves. Classes start at 12:15pm and run for an hour.
Bring along your own yoga mat, blankets and pillow. Please wear loose clothing and some water. You'll be laying on a flat surface for an hour so you're welcome to bring anything that makes you feel extra comfy and cosy. Remember there is no need to stay on your back if this is uncomfortable, you're free to move around and many people enjoy sound baths more on their side or tummy.
Please note that this session is not suitable for you if you have sound induced epilepsy or are in your first trimester of pregnancy.
We look forward to welcoming you into this warm and inviting space to share this beautiful restorative experience!
