Immerse yourself int the healing power of sound meditation. Sound Meditation is an ancient practice using music, chants, mantras and specific frequencies to purify your energy systems, clear the mind and deepen your meditation to elevate your state of awareness. This can be facilitated live or recorded, vocalised out loud or internalised.

Music is multidimensional linking realms of the brain to help facilitate meditation independent of thought. The sounds and frequencies assist in anchoring the mind to let go of conscious thought.

Sound Meditation is a highly effective method to purify your energy bodies, self heal, promote relaxation, reduce anxiety but most importantly to elevate your level of consciousness to anchor into Divine Oneness with all.

Energy Movement

In preparation of the downpour of spiritual energy into the physical and energy bodies from meditation, we need to do simple but specific energy cleansing exercises to discharge used prana and prepare the bodies energy channels to receive and assimilate the Divine energy. Simple exercise before and after meditation is very important.

For the seekers of Light and Divine knowledge. In each class a different spiritual guidance will be offered but with an emphasis on an interactive space where there is the freedom to ask and discuss any spiritual questions, share experiences, seek higher understanding and guidance.

When we surrender and allow the Divine energy to flow freely to guide us into the teachings, we then release the need to control, as that is the ego. Surrendering control allows everything to unfold as intended, to allow Divine energy to weave its Light into each and every one of us so that we embody our highest self and tap into that knowledge that is within all of us.

Spiritual knowledge is the key into the highest realms, the inner worlds where we remember who we are and what we are. This knowledge awakens and leads us back to purity and illumination.

What to wear:
Comfortable casual clothes, preferably white clothing.

What to bring:
An empty stomach, a water bottle, open heart and mind.

Classes open to all beings of light, diversity and age. No prior experience as everything you need is already within you!
