Meditation is a vital part of education as it trains the human intellect to enhance its capability and power of awareness. The purpose of meditation and philosophy is not to provide definitions, but to evolve the consciousness of a human being into joy and wisdom.

After a very successful trip to Perth in 2019, Krishna and Pragati are inspired and delighted to return in 2020 to facilitate Meditation and Pranayam Teacher Training, Module Two. The sisters have spent forty years in the Himalayas in the company of an enlightened sage. They delight in communicating their vast experience of timeless knowledge. At the International Meditation Institute, Kullu, they are senior meditation and philosophy teachers and hold PhDs in Meditation.
This unique Meditation and Pranayam Teacher Training program have been specially designed to enrich your practice and further your ability to impart this valuable knowledge to others. You will learn:

THE ART OF TEACHING MEDITATION: How to communicate clearly, from your own direct experience of meditation, to create a sense of joy and spirit of unity.
THE WISDOM OF TEACHING MEDITATION: Yoga philosophy as a fresh thought and new kind of education based on ancient wisdom, with selected practices relevant and applicable in our modern age.
THE SKILLS OF TEACHING MEDITATION: Learn practical, instructional meditation and Pranayam techniques to suit different types of participants.

Module One is available as a live online course through LINK or purchased as a seven-part video recording. The modules can be done in any order. For full teacher training certification, all three modules must be completed.

You will receive a Meditation and Pranayam Teacher Training Certificate for Module Two from Himalayan Knowledge, in association with the International Meditation Institute, at the completion of the ten-hour course.
