6 FREE Mindfulness Sessions at the MAC (Mission Australia Centre) will start on 14th February for 6 weeks.

We are so pleased to respond to what community asked for. These sessions will help build skills in reducing stress, relaxing the nervous system and finding more calm in our lives. We are fortunate to have the facilitator, Gerard Livermore, with us who has studied complementary therapies and counselling, along with over 30 years of practicing and teaching mindfulness techniques.

The Meditation Sessions are open to the public to attend so please let your clients, neighbours, anyone interested, know to come along. Community workers are most welcome to join also!

Numbers are limited. The preference is to come to all sessions, but people can drop in for one session to try it out.

Sessions are 10-11am Tuesdays on:

14 February
21 February
28 February
7 March
14 March
21 March

The 1 hr session will be followed by a cuppa and chat.

These soft entry points assist in breaking down social isolation, learning new skills for resilience and creating opportunities for referrals to targeted support services.

See you at a session!
