Meditation with Liz McDonald, Ssh Soul Healing Every Tuesday, 12:00 PM - 12:30 PM

Break up your day and be receptive to refuelling on your lunch break as you step away (barefoot) from your desk and onto the sand at Avoca beach for a conscious pause. Feeling clear and inspired with Meditation at KoWorks Avoca, led by the passionate Liz from Ssh Soul Healing. Set against the serene backdrop of the ocean, this weekly meditation session is your sanctuary for reflection, mindfulness, and inner peace.

What to expect from Liz's 30min Meditation:

Liz's meditation style focuses on connecting the client to the inherent presence of Qi that exists amongst and within all living things. By slowing everything down - the body, the mind & the emotions, Liz incorporates gentle breath work & visualisation as tools to help begin this process of becoming present. This gentle surrender, often incorporating the senses, allows the client to begin trusting their own awareness of Qi and how they intuitively experience that flow of energy. From here, with the mind and body in a state of comfortability & feeling safe, you are guided on a journey deeper within, beyond the emotional body to a state of space, freedom and expansion. In this state the energetic body is able to refuel itself & its energy centres without expectation or criticism but instead only a supportive flow of Qi. In 30mins of being purely present feel refreshed, refuelled, clearer and more grounded in who you are and what your focus is for the day.

You will often hear Liz say 'When in Flow you can Grow!" She looks forward to helping you realise the subconscious flow you you can generate from Meditation and the conscious growth that will follow.

Who Should Attend? Anyone looking to feel calm, clear, connected and who has an interest in mindfulness and learning to meditate. This is suitable for beginners and experienced meditators.

Join us at KoWorks Avoca and embrace the journey towards inner peace and community connection. Let’s breathe, stretch, and grow together.

About Liz McDonald:

Liz is a natural born intuitive with over 20yrs of Meditation experience. She has been guiding groups in Australia and overseas, both in-person and online, in the benefits of meditation since 2003. Her passion is to help everyone find comfortability with their stillness, allowing them more space to think, breathe & feel again with ease.

Liz likes to meet people in a very human and down to earth way, yet has the ability to connect with you in a deep and soulful place to help you remember how it feels to trust in the quiet corners of your body, mind & soul to reignite your Qi (life force) or Pranic energy flow. With her bespoke meditations Liz helps people relax again, to surrender to stillness enough to remember the sense of trust and connection they intuitively have to their inner source of clarity and wisdom, present in abundance when your Qi is in alignment.

Leaving Australia at 23, Liz enjoyed 18 years in the international corporate world with 9 of those years being overseas before returning to Australia. Eventually as her family grew, raising 3 children became her greater focus while working more locally but meditation was the consistent passion percolating in the background. It was while living in Ireland with her family of 5 in 2020 that Liz decided it was time to turn her long term passion and hobby of Meditation facilitation into her own business and now uses her skills as a Meditation Mentor, Empowerment Coach, Energy Healer, Intuitive Guide & Women’s Circle Facilitator to help people whether in groups or 1to1 find comfortability with consciously pausing and creating space for themselves amongst the busy, immediacy of the digital world we now live in.
