An easy practice to begin is by using guided meditations & each week we cover a different theme in regards to Stillness, and Intuition.

Monday - a practice of Stillness

This class we focus on stillness & silence to quieten the mind, to bring peace and calm to your inner wold.

Wednesday - a practice of Intuition

This class we focus on opening up your self love & trust so that your Intuition may guide you through all areas of your life.

Class is every Monday & Wednesday evening commencing at 7pm at @truewoo.cronulla
