Meditation Deepening Series

MEDITATION DEEPENING SERIES

This weekly course will be a blend of Meditation and teaching.

Each session will begin with a meditation, I will be guiding participants through a varied style/type of Meditation to deepen their spiritual practice. A variety of Meditation styles, including guided and silent, following teachings on personal growth and spiritual guidance.

I have been meditating for over 45years and teaching/guiding meditations for 37yrs. You are in safe hands. This is best suited to those already on a spiritual path and have been meditating for a while and eager to deepen their practices and knowledge. Please contact if you wish to know more.

Term 4 starts Tuesday, October 13th - 9 sessions

 - October: 13th, 20th, 27th
 - November: 3rd, (10th no meditation), 17th, 24th
 - December: 1st, 8th, 15th
Time: 6:45pm to 8:15pm (from 6:35 arrival)

Investment: $225 or $200 concession
