It's time to remember all that you are. FEBRUARY THEME: Clearing Blocks to Progress

MEditations is a unique new incarnation of guided meditation (which gently moves you through transforming limiting beliefs and human perceptions - to connect you deeper and deeper in to your intuitive self) , followed by the soothing sounds of crystal sound bowls, chimes and chants to wrap around your whole experience.

MEditations has been created through Stef's double-decade long journey of training, healing and development with energy healing, guided inner work, sound frequency and a spiritual Subconscious belief transformation process called PSYCH-K. PSYCH-K is aset of processes which allow high-speed change at the Subconscious mind level. It assists in 're-wiring' brainwaves and patterns into self-supportive experience.

It's simple, it's gentle, it's high-speed, and it's aimed at being very peaceful to experience.

This monthly event series is aimed at assisting you to move ALL limitations aside, and get you back in tune with you inner knowing ( with the hope that you'll remain in tune on a daily basis regardless of what is happening in the outside world)

Take the reins back and be a part of the mastery of your life going forward.
We are here to move beyond the challenges of the past few years, and into thriving and inner peace and innate empowerment.

In This Event You'll Receive:

* Open space and Welcome for the evening
* Grounding and Activation of your high frequency shielding
* Stef shares knowledge on how our Self-limiting beliefs sabotage our path / actions
* A meditation-style journey, guiding you through processing and release of self-limiting Subconscious beliefs
- theme: clearing block to progress / ease in embracing the unknown
* Sound Journey, chimes and voice activations to assist peaceful integration of changes.

What is MEditations?

MEditation is a blended combination of mediation and a set of guided steps to invite you into your deep Subconscious, where all of your beliefs, programmes, fears and points of view are stored. Supremely fast acting, simple, yet potently empowering, whilst holding you gently in the state of deep relaxation whilst any changes occur.

What is Sound Journey?

Aside from lying down under a cosy blanket, and you're invited to move as, and when you feel as necessary - you don't need to 'do' anything …
🤍The sound waves that ripple out from the crystal bowls draw your brain waves into theta and delta states (the slowest in humans), associated with deep relaxation

🤍In this deeply relaxed state, your body releases the hormone oxytocin (love/kindness hormone) and serotonin (happy hormone)

🤍Your thinking mind drops away, giving you the freedom to explore the magical space between asleep and awake

🤍In this space, you’re more likely to find answers to questions you’ve been searching for, creative ideas, clarity, an understanding of internal blockages, peace, a sense of coming home

🤍The body is essentially tuned back to a state of balance and harmony through use of healing vibrations and intention
