Join us at Olive View Estate with the incredible Chef Pepe Garcia from Spain for the taste of the Mediterranean long table featuring all local Scenic Rim produce. Enjoy stunning views in the olive grove and a delicious dining experience.

Appetizer

Sourdough bread with home made babaganoush and olive oil (GF Optional-DF-Vegan)

Entrée

Cauldron Distillery Gin salmon gravlax with pickled golden shallots and dill (GF-DF)

Or

Grilled broccolini with kale and black eye salad with nam jim dressing on Romescu salsa (Vegan)

Main

Marinated slow cooked lamb shoulder medallions with paprika mousse potato and crunchy silverbeet (GF)

Or

Roasted pumpkin with macadamia cream, crushed chilli salt and toasted pepitas (Vegan)

Dessert

Burnt basque cheesecake with strawberry compote (GF)

Or

Whole roasted apple with cinnamon and almond crumble (Vegan)

Bring a hat and wear enclosed shoes. Ticket sales close one week prior to event. If you want to purchase wine/drinks from Witches Falls Winery - please bring your own glassware or disposable glassware will be provided.
