Innovate Medtech Masterclasses
Description
2026 Medtech Masterclasses
The Medtech Masterclasses is a one-day, two-stream, high-impact program delivering practical, real-world insights across the entire medtech lifecycle. With more than 12 curated sessions, the program brings together experts and leaders from across the medtech ecosystem to help founders, startups, industry participants, and post-PhD researchers turn innovative ideas into clinical and commercial success.
The program is structured into two focused streams:
Developing Technical Readiness: covering product development, regulatory pathways, clinical trials, and technical innovation.
Developing Commercial Readiness: covering business strategy, fundraising, market access, and commercialisation.
Building on the success of the 2024 program, the 2026 Medtech Masterclasses will feature leading local and international experts from top organisations, offering hands-on learning, actionable strategies, and valuable networking opportunities that drive meaningful impact across the medtech sector.
A networking session and dinner will be held after the event, providing an additional opportunity to connect with speakers, peers, and industry leaders. Tickets for the networking dinner are available separately or as part of a package.
The Medtech Masterclasses is an official satellite event of AusMedtech.

Over the past 20+ years, he has founded and led technology companies, built and scaled product and engineering teams, and delivered more than 100 digital products, including healthcare platforms used by clinicians and patients globally. He has held senior roles as founder, CTO and CEO, taking businesses from startup through to 7-figure revenue across startup, scaleup and enterprise environments. Today, Mo focuses on a clear problem: organisations investing in AI tools without embedding them into how work actually gets done. He is the founder of JupiterAI, working with CEOs and leadership teams to integrate AI into core operational workflows, removing inefficiency, improving decision-making visibility, and delivering measurable business impact. His approach is simple: eliminate operational drag, deploy practical AI systems, and turn AI investment into real performance outcomes. When AI is implemented properly, it does not replace people. It removes the work that should never have required them in the first place.
